Our Mission

To creatively develop and sustain self-esteem and character through movement in the lives of both the young and the young at heart.

Our Philosophy

It is our belief that dance is not just a motion, but it is the total well being of the mind, the body and the spirit. We are therefore dedicated to teaching you dance and witnessing the development of your mental, physical and spiritual self.

We endeavor to both train and strengthen an individual through creative movement and dance technique. We are committed to providing our students with quality dance instruction in a fun and positive setting. It is our goal that you learn to love both the art of dance and the discipline it offers. Not only do we teach proper dance technique, but we reinforce good nutrition and healthy living as well. Each dance class is structured to develop your mind, body and spirit. We use affirmations to constantly build you up from the inside out.

If you want to feel good in your own skin, Perpetual Motion Dance & Performing Arts Studio is the place for you!
